Forming part of Silverstripe’s Marketing team, alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, the Revenue Marketing Manager is responsible for executing Silverstripe’s Marketing strategy. As the Revenue Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enabling an exceptional customer experience, growing our customer base and leading our content experience.

**Requirements**:
**What will I be doing?**
Enabling an exceptional customer experience which supports retention by:
- Collaborating with product, sales and service teams to enhance the buyer experience and execute upsell strategies in a consistent, compelling and connected way
- Developing and executing integrated campaign plans.
Growing customer base by:
- Creating and executing a scalable strategy to achieve new business pipeline and revenue targets
- Developing and implementing effective demand generation programs and nurturing prospects/customers along the buyer’s journey
- Collaborating with product management on the roadmap and developing appropriate campaigns to maximise revenue opportunities.
Leading Silverstripe’s content experience by:
- Initiating, developing and delivering thought-leading content via blogs, webinars, videos, eBooks, podcasts, events, etc
- Creating sales enablement materials such as standard presentations, demo scripts, data sheets, solution briefs, etc.
- Owning planning, development and dissemination of content for all customer touchpoints by using a variety of marketing channels to drive thought leadership and demand.

- Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills, and a love for working in highly cross-functional environments
- Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
**What will I need to be successful?**
- 6+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in driving revenue impact through marketing
- A track record of successful lead generation, nurture, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Robust experience in B2B marketing tactics and marketing automation tools
- Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales for common goals
- Data-driven marketing, demonstrated analytical ability and detail orientation
- Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
