We’re backed, we’re building, and we’re scaling with serious intent. Now we’re hunting for a Head of Technology who’s wired for growth, driven by purpose, and ready to lead us into the next chapter.

This is more than a senior tech role. It’s an opportunity to build a high-performance engineering organisation, architect global scale, and help steer the business. You'll report to the GM of Jade ThirdEye and sit on the Jade ThirdEye Senior Leadership Team, shaping our product, our platform, and our future.

**WHAT YOU'LL LEAD**
- Build and lead elite engineering teams — creating the conditions for teams to move fast, ship with confidence, and operate at a world-class standard
- Own our tech strategy end-to-end — architecture, tooling, infrastructure, scalability, resilience. You’re thinking 10x and delivering daily.
- Drive engineering delivery at pace — balancing speed with stability, and ruthless prioritisation with long-term sustainability.
- Modernise our stack and scale our foundations — uplifting our technology architecture, infrastructure, and delivery practices to support long-term scale and resilience
- Partner with Product — co-owning the development lifecycle and embedding a feedback loop that connects tech to customer outcomes.
- Operate beyond the code — you’ll collaborate across GTM, Operations, and Customer teams to ensure cross-functional momentum and strategic alignment.
- Lead with purpose — foster a culture of resilience, dependability, and audacity. Build teams that are gritty, trusted, and hungry to make a difference.Contribute at a business level — you’ll help shape not just the technology roadmap, but the commercial and operational strategy of Jade ThirdEye.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**

You’re more than just technical. You’re a builder, a change-maker, and a force multiplier.
- Proven leadership of engineering organisations in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- A sharp track record in technology transformation — you’ve scaled systems, teams, and delivery models under pressure.
- Deep knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures and engineering best practices.
- Experience uplifting DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and platform resilience.
- A leadership style that combines clarity, courage, and accountability — you get the job done and bring others with you.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen — you know how to align tech with revenue, customer, and growth outcomes.
- A growth mindset, grit in the face of challenge, and a reputation for building teams that _want _to follow you.Bonus: experience in AML, regtech, or financial services — but we’ll take capability over credentials every time.
