About The Role
Our flagship SaaS product, Jade ThirdEye, is at the forefront of our mission at Jade Software, enabling customers to detect and prevent financial crime.

We believe in bold ideas, disciplined execution, and creating products that truly matter. We're on the hunt for a Head of Product who can bring vision and focus to the way we design, build, and deliver solutions that shape the future for our customers. This role is for a shaper, a driver, and a leader of change.

Why This Role Matters
As Head of Product for Jade ThirdEye, you'll define and champion our AML product vision and strategy, ensuring everything we do is anchored in delivering value to our customers. You'll lead a talented team of Product Managers and Experience Designers, collaborating across engineering, growth, customer success, and operations to turn ideas into impact. You'll be responsible for balancing bold innovation with disciplined focus, making sure our roadmap delivers on today's goals while setting us up for tomorrow's opportunities.

What You'll Be Driving

• A clear product vision and roadmap that excites our people, customers, and partners.
• Strong, customer-focused decision-making using data, insight, and market awareness.
• Collaboration with engineering and customer success to deliver quality, scalable products.
• Product strategies that sharpen our competitive edge and fuel our growth.
• A high-performing team culture built on coaching, mentoring, and shared ambition.
• The establishment of the operating model to drive continuous execution.
• You'll experiment quickly to test hypotheses and develop iteratively.

What You Bring

• You'll be curious, resourceful, have a growth mindset, and up for a challenge.
• 9+ years in product management (ideally SaaS/software), with a proven track record of delivering outcomes.
• Strong leadership experience, you know how to inspire, grow, and get the best out of people.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
• A balance of creativity and commercial acumen, you can think big and ground ideas in strategy.
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to turn insight into product value.
• Domain expertise or knowledge in Financial Services and or Fintech.
