Our client is a Christchurch-based managed Services Provider for clients in industries heavily reliant upon computing, such as media, engineering, professional services, and technology. They strongly value integrity and excellence, along with accountability and commitment. They are looking for an **IT Support & Sales Coordinator **to join their team. This is a unique hybrid role combining sales and quoting, managed services, and desktop support. It is the perfect role for an IT-savvy self-starter to develop their career in the industry. **Responsibilities include** - Sales & Quoting - reviewing sales mailbox for renewals, creating quotes in Kaseya Quote Manager, discussing requirements with customers, and quoting. _(approx. 20% of role)_ - Managed Services - reviewing monitoring mailbox, reviewing remote management, and monitoring system each day for issues, addressing and escalating issues. _(approx. 20% of role)_ **Technical Skills we are looking for**: - Windows 11 - Microsoft 365 - Networking - Mobile Devices - Solid understanding of cyber security in a user context - Familiar with MAC and other cloud solutions, such as Google, Dropbox Ideally, you also have experience with remote monitoring/management, worked with ticketing systems, and have an interest in developing your knowledge and experience in utilising AI technology**.** **Attributes you must possess /have**: - Flexibility, being able to adapt and be open to ongoing change. - A "customer-first, quality focus", you anticipate client's needs, seek feedback, and continually search for ways to increase quality and customer satisfaction. - An ability and desire to develop and sustain effective relationships that breed successful outcomes. - The ability to work seamlessly in a team with a willingness to engage with others to achieve goals and outcomes - Driven, with initiative.
