**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform hardware upgrades and installations as needed
- Manage and maintain network equipment and software
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure systems are running at peak performance
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an On-Site IT Desktop Support Technician
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
