**What You’ll Do**

As our **Compliance & Risk Associate**, you’ll report directly to the CEO and be a vital part of the Customer Risk and Compliance team. You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring we remain compliant with AML/CFT obligations, support internal operations, and help pave the way for safe crypto expansion.

**Your day-to-day will involve**:

- Conducting Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) across individual, trust, and entity accounts
- Performing transaction monitoring and customer risk reviews
- Supporting the development and implementation of our AML/CFT risk assessment and compliance programme
- Preparing reports for internal committees and regulatory purposes
- Leading or assisting in the delivery of AML/CFT training across the business
- Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures
- Supporting product launches from a compliance perspective
- Investigating blockchain transactions and wallet activity (bonus if you have this experience)

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years in a compliance, AML, or risk-focused role (preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Comfortable working independently and across teams
- Proven ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Tech-savvy with high computer literacy
- Experience with SaaS, blockchain, or crypto platforms is a major advantage
- Qualifications or the ability to be appointed as a _“Responsible Person”_ under Australian financial services regulations is extremely beneficial

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A clean police and credit check
- Be available for occasional weekend or evening shifts, if required

- Monday to Friday
