**Executive Assistant to CEO**
Winton is a publicly listed developer with many large-scale projects currently in progress in New Zealand and Australia. While developing master-planned communities that are best by design, Winton are dedicated to creating more sustainable, connected and vibrant urban communities where no detail is overlooked. With a portfolio of circa 7,000 residential lots, apartment units and retirement village units, Winton is proud of what it has achieved but even more excited about where Winton is heading.

**About the role**:
Due to an internal promotion, a key role to support the CEO has arisen.

You will be running the life of an incredibly busy CEO, which has a lot of variety, including inbox, diary and travel management, event planning, preparing documents and supporting complex deadline driven projects. You may also be assisting with some personal items such as special events, personal shopping and property support for residences.

This role requires discretion, confidentiality and a good sense of humour is a must

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported at similar level previously. You will be somebody who can anticipate needs and have an engaging nature, as you will need to build strong relationships with partners, clients and staff.

We are looking for someone who can be the eyes and ears for the CEO, anticipate his needs and ensure his time is being used as efficiently as possible.

Culture is key for this recently listed business, which has strong employee engagement and a very loyal staff base with many employees having been part of the company for a significant number of years. Winton has a great family feel whilst remaining incredibly professional and having a positive workplace culture.

**Duties**:

- Complex diary and inbox management
- Travel management
- Complex event logistics and management
- Organising meetings and functions (including executive offsites and other seminars)
- Producing high quality documents and presentations
- Liaising with the Senior Executive team, and other staff within the organisation
- Supporting on ad hoc projects

**To be successful in this position you will need to have**:

- Previous experience supporting an Executive Leader
- A strong ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion
