My client is an impressive multinational supplier offering customers quality products, high stock availability, expertise and agile service to the mining, construction, infrastructure and manufacturing industries.

**About the role**:

- Lead with trust and integrity - ensure long term profitable growth across the region, with multiple sites and 70 staff.
- Review current operations in order to improve and streamline the business, via a continuous improvement strategy.
- Build a culture of success - mentor your direct reports and ensure the business is attracting and growing great people.
- Manage your regions P&L, targets and budgets.
- Attract new customers via networking and utilising key relationships.
- Develop successful long-term relationships with senior level customers.
- Ensure your region has strong branding, sales, marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure operational excellence and champion health and safety.

**About you**:

- Youre a strong leader with proven experience - delivering results via clear expectations, coaching and mentoring.
- You come from an import/distribution background in either Sales or Operations management building products experience would be desirable but is not essential.
- You consider yourself to be an all-rounder enjoying both external client and internal stakeholder interactions.
- You can demonstrate strong revenue and profit growth in previous roles.
- You have strong financial management skills.
- You are a passionate advocate of health & safety.
