**About Teltrac and the role** Teltrac is a leading nationwide Digital Infrastructure and Technology Solutions Provider that was established in 1991.The depth of capabilities and services offered by Teltrac is vast and bespoke for each clientfrom audio visual and digital signage to security, access control and CCTV through to structured cabling and fibre systems, nurse call and building automation. Due to Teltracs growth in the region, were looking for an experienced Regional Service Manager with a great attitude based in Dunedin. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer youll be instrumental in ensuring we servicing our clients with the good work were known for in a the most profitable way possible. The successful applicant will be a good communicator and be able to form strong relationships with the operational team, staff, clients and stakeholders. This is role is responsible for managing operations to safely meet deadlines and quality standards. The role exists to ensure our products and services are available as required and to exceed the expectations of our clients. You are expected to coordinate a team of staff who maintain the skills and attitude to be successful and are stable in their roles. Your measures of success include meeting deadlines and targets, quality of product and service delivery, stable staffing, positive health & safety engagement and outcomes, positive feedback from customers and complaints resolved to our clients satisfaction. The role will be 40 hours per week. Successful applicants will have the following attributes: - Excellent project management skills - Strong Team Leadership - Ability to think outside the square - A Bachelor ofManagement, Economics or similar - 3 Years + Leading Teams and/or Leading Projects. - Will be process driven and able to identify efficiencies in day to day operations - Clean, current drivers licence - Current NZ resident or NZ work visa preferred **What we need from you** - Great time management and the ability to work autonomously - Experience in getting the best out of people. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external counterparts. - Display effective leadership skills with a "lead by example" attitude. - Display professionalism in all aspects of your work. - Embody our values of Trust, Respect, Attitude & Collaboration **Role Description.** You will be responsible for staff co-ordination, and general day to day operational issues Installation and Project Management You will be responsible for the operational implementation of our jobs and projects. This includes leading the project management to achieve successful job and project outcomes such as quality outcomes, time deadlines, within budget and within scope, including: - Ensure that all installations are completed on-time, within scope and within budget. - Support projects with staff issues, machinery and tool problems, challenging deadlines. - Develop detailed plans to monitor and track progress. - Ensure compliance and health & safety on the jobs and installation teams. - Manage changes to deadlines, schedules and priorities and communicate effectively with team. - Monitor and measure performance and give regular feedback to the team. - Report and escalate to the General Manager as needed Compliance Teltrac is a compliant, healthy, and safe workplace with the health safety and wellbeing of employees a top priority, this requires you to: - Contribute to health and safety strategy and policy development. - Implement and monitor adherence to health and safety policies. - Complete all documentation and paperwork accurately and on-time. - Submit time in Simpro against relevant tasks, jobs, and projects. - Meet all health and safety, procedural, legal, and financial compliance requirements.
