**About the role**:
Provide high-level proactive and quality executive assistant support to our Managing Director to ensure his role can be undertaken effectively and efficiently. A key role, that also supports our Senior Leadership Team and wider team members from time to time, while proactively undertaking general office management duties as well.

**About you**:
You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, you will be comfortable working within the construction industry and all that comes with it - yards, trucks, amazing people and lots of scaffold
You consider yourself hard working, down to earth, organised, efficient, proactive, with a high attention to detail and a desire to make a positive impact to your internal customers. Nothing will be a problem as you pride yourself as being someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You understand the importance of balancing claims on the Managing Director’s time, as well as anticipating his needs and preventing problems with your solutions-based approach before they arise.
**Skill / behaviour requirements**:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant at Senior Executive level
- Passionate about enhancing company communications - especially on behalf of the Managing Director
- Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently as much as you are being part of a team
- Have good initiative and be intuitive
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Advanced computer skills and be learning agile
- Passionate about Wellbeing and assisting to champion wellbeing initiatives throughout the Group
