**About the role**

Join us and play a key role in exceeding the expectations of our customers through the provision of consistent, excellent service.

Reporting to the Customer Administration Manager, you’ll be part of a structured team environment, where collaboration and support are fostered.

You will use your strong customer service skills to build relationships with both internal and external customers quickly. The insights you gain from these interactions will help improve our products.

By ensuring the accurate and timely completion of administrative procedures, you will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our overall business operations.

With a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, you can be assured that your work will remain engaging as you collaborate in customer care and new business initiatives.

**In this key role you’ll**:

- Effectively manage administrative tasks initiated by the business, ensuring precision and prompt completion of procedures that meet or exceed service standards.
- Fulfil all administrative duties in alignment with Service Level Agreements, while actively building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external customers.Ensure all Call Centre Standards are met where overflow of picking up calls is required
