**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

You will be the first point of contact for all our new clients that come on board with Geneva.

The New Client Consultant to set up all new referrals that come into Geneva to ensure the client has a seamless journey with Geneva

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- To manage all new referrals in your allocated regional area
- Ensure that care package is set up seamlessly and client is offered a high and detailed level of communication
- Deliver a high level responsiveness to clients and minimise complaints and future missed cares
- Ensure all communications written and verbal are documented to manage incidents and prevent serious complaints
- Ensures new complex clients are adequately assessed and plan followed by Complex Assessment team
- Ensures that all funders are communicated every step of the way

- Proven customer service experience in a call centre environment role is preferred
- Experience within a health administration or coordinator role
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest to help others
- A well-developed ability to multitask
- Resilience to push through
- The ability to manage high volume calls, multi task and meet deadlines
