About the role

We are looking for someone to lead our Web and CMS Practice. As the Practice Lead, you are the head of a business unit within our Delivery Group and take on a wide range of responsibilities. You are accountable for leading and running a sustainable practice that is profitable, by managing and driving practice revenue and utilisation. You will foster and grow the team, the Practice offerings, methods, and technology options, ensuring capacity, support, innovative business improvements are in place. You’ll drive the Web & CMS Practice’s trajectory of success within a fast-paced market by providing exceptional quality projects and services to our clients. Web and CMS is a highly collaborative team of people, who connect to expand their capabilities and ensure each team member has the support they need to develop their craft.

This role also has a billable component so you will be contributing to revenue generation directly based on whatever background you have or want to develop.

This is one of four Practices in the Delivery Group, with on-going work for several key clients and plenty of scope for business and technology development.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
You’ll report directly to the General Manager of Delivery and work with the Sales team to develop opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline. You’ll work with Marketing on go to market initiatives, Talent regarding people and their processes, Finance for planning, forecasting and practice performance reviews. You’ll work with the General Leadership Team for Weekly Operations reporting and management. You’ll provide leadership, planning and delegation to ensure the continued success of your practice. In addition, the partnerships with key CMS providers are central to the progress of the Practice.

What would make you ideal?

You have a range of skills and demonstrable experience in leading teams and maintaining effective working relationships across an organisation. You have knowledge of solution offerings, markets, and technologies ideally within the Microsoft Tech Stack. You have effective skills in planning and organisation of work and people; and the ability to remain calm, confident, and think through challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced and changing business environment.

Please note: This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the office twice a week.
