We are looking for a Team Lead/Technical Lead to join our tight knit Application Development Team.

**About you**:
**What you’ll be doing day-to-day**:

- Leading the team to deliver projects to clients - this means contributing to the development and process to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to grow technical capability across the Practice and help staff achieve their professional potential.
- Coaching and mentoring team members in development techniques and provide quality assurance support.
- Mentoring and supporting team members to equip them for high quality solution delivery aligned to agreed practice standards and processes.
- Leading and consult on client projects, provide specialist guidance on the design and delivery of solutions, and support to resolve technical project challenges.
- Contributing technical expertise in pre-sales activities, working with Account Managers to engage with potential and existing clients to achieve successful sales results.
- Help identify potential opportunities within client accounts to Account Managers.
- Developing large-scale web and software solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Analysing business requirements and communicating these to key stakeholders.
- Maintaining and sharing up to date knowledge of best practice and latest trends, with good understanding of when to champion adoption of new technologies.
- Contributing to sales activities and lead the quoting processes for development projects.

**Ideally, you’ll have**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in.NET development with a minimum of one year architecture experience.
- Good written and verbal English with ability to write in a client centric way.
- Technically savvy across a variety of systems, software and coding languages (e.g. C#/.NET, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS & HTML, web and mobile technologies).
- Ability to manage your own work effectively and build enduring client relationships.
