In addition to a functional leadership role, you will guide, develop, motivate and inspire a team of site based Occupational Health Nurses to deliver against KPI targets and provide a quality service to our key stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sites within the Central region, responding to any trends or escalations
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies to ensure best practice and legal compliance
- Be a point of contact and engage with relevant vendors and service providers to review service level agreements and keep pace with emerging trends
- Maintain awareness of, and anticipate changes to, Occupational Health legislation and regulatory requirements
- Be instrumental in developing tools and techniques to maximise efficiencies in Occupational Health

To excel in this role, you will be a seasoned Occupational Health professional with robust experience. Your top-notch engagement ability will see you succeed in this varied and stimulating role.
Key success enablers include:

- A registered nurse with a current practicing certificate
- Post graduate qualifications in Occupational Health, Health Management, or other related field
- Staff management experience - having managed a team of medical professionals or other professionals
- Ability to manage ambiguity and change
- Resilient, with the ability to work autonomously
- Flexibility to travel regionally as and when required
