We are looking for Success Factors support lead to manage our day-to-day ticket resolution, implement best practice solutions and collaborate with our People and Culture teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Administer, configure, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Advise on EC, RCM, OB, Performance, LMS
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system problems, and offer guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with different businesses to understand system requirements and translate them into effective configurations.
- Develop and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and patches to meet evolving business needs.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and optimize system processes.
- Maintain system documentation, including configuration changes, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices.
- Assist in system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades and integrations.
**About the team**
You will be an expert in this field, so you will have the ability to guide and advise, becoming a trusted partner for our business units and P&C Managers. You will be engaging with a wide variety of business units and exposed to a variety of different people. You will be working for a manager who priorities development and career progression, so there will be plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and explore what our organization has to offer.
**About you**
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. Proficiency in system administration tasks such as user management, role-based permissions, workflow configuration, and data integration.
- Experience in resolving ticket-based queries, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues, including performance tuning and error debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
