Sitting within our innovative People & Culture division, here is your ideal opportunity to develop your passion for and knowledge in HR and Payroll Information Systems. Joining our friendly and collaborative team, you’ll be responsible for keeping our HRIS up to date, resolving errors, and supporting the payroll team.

Some of your responsibilities will include entering new employee data into the HRIS, providing specialist system and payroll advice to support people leaders and employees, as well as master data changes.

A great opportunity to join a team on the journey, investigating areas for system improvement and process innovation, with opportunities to develop into HR system specialist or broaden your career further into the many areas of our P&C department.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

You’ll be very computer literate and technically-savvy, and able to pick up new systems quickly and accurately. Experience using Excel, SAP and SuccessFactors is highly regarded.

Ideally, you’ll have some prior experience working in an HR or payroll environment, although this is not strictly required, and some understanding of NZ employment processes and Payroll Legislation. You’ll be adept at managing a high volume of work and maintaining excellent attention to detail.

As you’ll be liaising with a range of different stakeholders, you’ll also be a confident and clear communicator.
