**About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi**

Due to an internal move, we are now on the hunt for a dynamic Systems Specialist to be the driving force behind our HRIS system, SuccessFactors. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining, improving, and streamlining our system to empower leaders and enhance our People & Culture (P&C) operations under the People Solutions brand.
- This is a fixed term role covering an internal secondment through to September 2025._

As a Systems Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert within the People Solutions team, collaborating closely with the Systems Lead, fellow specialists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and alignment with business needs. Your role involves daily system administration support, overseeing upgrades, configuring systems, bulk data uploads, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and enhancing our people tech.

You will also:

- Provide P&C Systems support and expertise to the broader People Solutions team and wider business
- Actively contribute and drive system maintenance, data integrity, continuous improvement of customer experience and enhancements to systems and processes
- Contribute to building and maintaining a highly valued People Solutions brand through service performance and promotion.
- Support P&C Operating Model, where required to support a high impact P&C function and service.
- Collaborate with our broader P&C Function, product owners, and platform BAU teams on design, impact assessment, testing, and documentation of HR-related systems

**About you | Ko wai koe**

You’re a strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing P&C systems or providing administrative support with HRIS platforms. You're comfortable troubleshooting and navigating complex systems, and you find it rewarding to solve problems and provide practical solutions.

With excellent communication skills, you can engage with diverse audiences and understand their unique needs. You thrive on making sense of complex information, turning challenges into actionable solutions. Efficiency is your strength—you know how to streamline processes to achieve optimal results, all while keeping a keen focus on driving continuous improvement to enhance systems and processes.
