People & Culture Administrator

We are seeking a passionate HR graduate or an experienced Administrator for this role within our People and Culture function.
AsureQuality are experts in Food Safety and Assurance. We work with customers in New Zealand and overseas, to ensure the safety and quality of food produced for millions of people.
The key purpose of this role is to provide exceptional coordination and administrative support to P&C team pertaining to the full employee life cycle. Your ability to prioritise and your organisational skills will be put to maximum use in this busy environment. You will have the ability to follow processes as well as be able to think on your feet.
**Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Assisting with correspondence and queries from employees
- Maintain employee personnel files and archives, ensuring compliance with data protection and relevant legal frameworks
- Coordination of employment contracts, P&C letters and other documentation
A 'service mindset' and top-notch communication are essential in this role, as you will liaise on behalf of the team. Strong interpersonal skills will help you support and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. An eye for detail, excellent problem solving skills and a confidential approach to your work, will provide a platform to achieve excellence in this role.
Previous experience an administrative support is necessary for this role, ideally within HR. This role requires someone technically savvy with experience using the MS Office Suite. A 'can do' attitude and being prepared to adapt to meet the needs of the team are key.
