So, what’s the job?

You’ll be delivering a highly empathetic customer experience

You’ll assess and investigate a portfolio of claims for our travel insurance customers

You’ll analyse information from varying sources

You’ll communicate claims outcomes to customers (both the good and the bad)

And what are we looking for?

We are looking for future team members who are passionate about providing a great customer experience and want to grow their career in insurance. We can teach you everything you need to know about Claims and insurance so no experience necessary

You’ll be customer focused, with the drive to deliver an empathetic customer experience

You’ll be eager to learn new skills within the claims and insurance industry

You’ll be comfortable working with multiple systems at once and coordinating between them

You’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

You’ll have an eye for detail and a willingness to contribute to workplace improvement and changes

You’ll have initiative and drive to do the best by your customer
