**About the role**:
We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Claims Consultant to join our Agency Claims Team.
**Based in Wellington**, this role will encompass the end to end management of claims within the SME facility to ensure exceptional customer service is provided. Core responsibilities include working closely with our clients to lodge claims, considering policy responses, answering queries, and processing/approving claim payments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Insurance Claims handling, in particular motor and property claims
- A willingness to work in a high performing team, looking to be a Team Player at every opportunity
- Ability to drive situations to sound conclusions
- A demonstrated passion for Customers and excellence in solving customer related issues
- A demonstrated “can do” attitude to getting the job done
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
- Fluent in Mandarin is a bonus, but not essential
