**What you'll be doing**
You will contribute to the success of Tower by assisting and working with team to manage the daily incoming mail which is received through multiple channels, providing support to different departments throughout Claims, being a contact person for different vendors, partners and stakeholders and various other tasks that support the running of Claims. In addition, this claims services against contractual obligations and serve level agreements (SLAs).
You can also expect to be across the following:
- Review and pay schedules from various suppliers.
- Manage relationships with vendors by being available on our supplier phone queue
- Assist various areas of the Claims by managing mail queues, reviewing claim documents, finalising claims, assisting with the auditing of schedules and various other claims related tasks that ensure claims progress smoothly.
- Providing assistance with the resolution of claims by conducting research on the value of contents and providing timely feedback.
- Work alongside multiple departments to ensure payments are accurately made within the agreed timeframes.

T**his opportunity is a 6-month fixed-term parental leave cover.**
