**Job Title**: Sales Representative (Onsite)

**Location**: Auckland, New Zealand

**Type**: Full-Time (40 hours minimum per week)

**Experience Required**: 1 - 2 years in sales or customer engagement (preferred)

**Role Summary**: As an **Onsite Sales Representative**, you will be the face of Classcipe at ground level—meeting customers, building relationships, and showcasing how our education solutions meet their needs. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach by identifying opportunities, offering tailored solutions, and driving sales performance in your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals, products, and services
- Engage directly with school administrators, educators, and other stakeholders
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through active outreach and follow-ups
- Translate sales goals into personal daily targets and action plans
- Use personal experience to help improve and standardize sales procedures for future team members
- Identify and report any risks that could impact individual or team performance
- Represent and nurture the company culture through positive customer interactions and team collaboration
- Utilize local platforms for lead generation and product visibility
- Participate in local events, demos, and school visits to drive visibility

**Role-Specific Qualifications**
- Relevant Bachelor Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, retail, or customer service (minimum 1, preferred 2+)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Familiarity with local sales platforms and customer acquisition strategies
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Strong personal integrity and professionalism in all dealings
- Capability to document and standardize processes for continuous team improvement
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- **New Zealand Citizenship / Permanent Resident of NZ is must**

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
