**Job Description**:
Manage, maintain and grow commercial relationships with existing and new suppliers and look for new commercial growth opportunities for the group in New Zealand. Respond to and resolve all queries related to the end-to-end supply chain raised by internal and external stakeholders for Andoo NZ.
- Partner and Internal engagement between Sales, Logistics, Finance, Content, Marketing, Development and Order Management.
- Fortnightly meetings with key suppliers, phone conferences, functions, and sales conferences.
- New Supplier creation including negotiating terms and conditions and coordinating vendor card creation with AP.
- Work on all procurement activities in SAP for NZ.
- Monitoring stock and inventory levels for sales.
- Update all pricing in SAP and Pricing Suite for Andoo NZ.
- New item creation and management, publishing and ordering.
- Negotiate and load sell thrus and other rebates.
- Negotiate invoice pricing, rebates, marketing and sale support.

**Qualifications**:

- Existing experience in a supplier and commercial management role.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Prior ERP experience is essential.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize autonomously.
