As a Process Design Analyst, you will be a key enabler of efficient, compliant and resilient processes that drive operational excellence across the bank. Collaborate with an exceptional team of peers, Business SMEs, Transformation Leads, CX/UX Designers, and Business Analysts to design and implement high-value and impactful processes. What you’ll do:

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to discover, design, document and optimise business processes that enhance customer experiences, drive operational efficiency and strengthen compliance efficacy.
- Balance risk, cost efficiency, and operational performance, ensuring scalable, sustainable, and effective process solutions.
- Partner with Risk teams to define robust approaches to compliance and ensure control overlays are designed effectively in process information
- Champion process architecture and standards empowering teams to embrace best practices.

- Proven mastery in business process design: You have hands-on experience transforming complex processes into streamlined, efficient workflows
- Sharp insights into process risk and compliance control design: Your designs don’t just work—they’re regulatory compliant, sustainable, and resilient, balancing risk with operational efficiency
- Experience in process architecture tools: You’re skilled with industry-leading BPM tools like ARIS, Promapp, or similar, using them to bring clarity and precision to process information
- Highly influential stakeholder engagement: You’re a natural at building strong relationships, educating teams, and driving best practice and alignment across diverse groups at all levels of the organisation
