**Tēnei tūranga - About the Role**:
We have an opportunity for a Senior Process Analyst to join a team that plays a key role in the design and implementation of science investment and reporting processes, to deliver a highly dynamic science system that enriches New Zealand.

In this role you will help refresh and improve processes that complement a new investment management system, as well as lead the introduction of new business processes.

You will be part of be part of a supportive team of experts whose mission is to solve business problems through evidence and creative thinking.

This is a varied role working collaboratively to improve our science investment processes. This includes:

- managing our lessons learned process and building our continuous improvement culture
- leading process design, mapping, and management
- training, coaching, and mentoring our teams in process management

You will bring to this role your highly collaborative style and client experience focus, ability to see the big picture and your relentless desire to improve the way that we do things in the NZ science investment system.

- workshop facilitation and training delivery
- process analysis, design, improvement, and mapping
- excellent relationship management and influencing skills, and a proven ability to work across a diverse range of people with a variety of perspectives
- experience in troubleshooting and finding multiple solutions to complex problems
- experience in using Promapp would be advantageous but not essential - if you are new to Promapp, training and ongoing support will be provided
- must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
