About the role

**In this role, you'll**:

- Provide process advice informed by an understanding of process design methodologies and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and practices.
- Encourage support and uptake for new and improved operational processes
- Work with and support the senior process designers to manage interdependencies between improvement initiatives.

About you
We're looking for someone who is either just starting their process design journey, or who is looking for a new challenge to further develop their skills and experience. You'll be able to demonstrate:

- Good relationship management and influencing skills
- A desire to learn
- Excellent communication skills to a range of stakeholders using a variety of methods, written, oral, and through presentations
- Ability to think broadly about long-term implications
- An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a desire to commit to our role as a Te Tiriti partner.
