As a Process Design Specialist, you'll play a key role in our transformation journey by:

  • Collaborating with teams across the bank to design, document, and optimise business processes that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Acting as a technical writer, producing clear and structured process documentation using BPMN standards.
  • Using ARIS, or similar tools to model processes and apply consistent, scalable design practices.
  • Partnering with Risk and Compliance teams to embed robust controls and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Championing process architecture and best-practice methodologies across the organisation.

Are you a Process Modeller or Technical Writer with a passion for process documentation, BPMN, and tools like ARIS? We'd love to hear from you—especially if you bring some of the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process design, or technical writing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN and hands-on experience with ARIS, or similar process modelling tools.
  • Proven ability to create clear, structured process documentation that supports compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with process hierarchies, taxonomy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – you're confident influencing at all levels.
