**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
As a Learning and Development Administrator at IHC, you'll support the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (Totara) through system administration, learner support, and process improvement. You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain clear documentation, support content creators, and lead small enhancement projects. You'll also deliver training, ensure compliance with induction processes, and manage LMS communications and visual theming to keep learning engaging and effective.

- Previous experience in a Learning & Development or LMS administration role
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve system performance issues
- Proven ability to document systems and processes with clear, step-by-step guides
- A proactive and innovative approach to continuous system improvement
- Confidence delivering training and support to a wide range of system users
