Key Responsibilities:
**SOP Compliance**:

- Ensure our departments shine by adhering to internal and external SOP requirements.
- Regularly review, update, and audit SOPs to keep them fresh, relevant, and compliant

**Administrative Support**:

- Bring your organizational skills to the table by assisting in the creation, management, and distribution of key documents.
- Collaborate with teams to draft and edit materials that make a difference

**SharePoint Management**:

- Be the mastermind behind our SharePoint organization, creating an efficient and user-friendly documentation hub.
- Implement best practices for document tagging and retrieval—your expertise will shine here

**Repository Maintenance**:

- Maintain a centralized repository of SOPs and critical documents, ensuring everyone has access to the latest and greatest.
- Regularly back up and archive documents to keep our information secure and organized.

**Communication Skills**:

- Use your stellar communication skills to produce clear, concise SOPs, guides, and manuals.
- Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about process changes.

**Understanding of SOP Processes**:

- Dive deep into SOP writing, publishing, and distribution to become a go-to expert.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Business Administration) or equivalent experience (4 Years minimum).
- Proven experience in technical writing or a related role—bring your portfolio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—your words will inspire clarity and action
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks with a smile.
- A collaborative spirit ready to work across departments.
