You will work on optimising this process to enhance the customer experience and deliver value for the business across all brands.
**Qualifications**
With an analytical mind, you are passionate about diving into process and uncovering insights and improvements through experience and sound analysis, understanding pain points, and contributing towards building solutions. We will rely on your ability to leverage data from multiple sources to uncover the full picture and make recommendations for improvement. Our structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross-functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top-notch, coupled with the customer-centric lens and approach you bring to work every day.

We are looking for someone ideally with:

- Strong capabilities in Stock flow, Distribution and Fulfilment Optimisation, Retail Operations, and Inventory Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive decision-making.
- Business process improvement
- Highly resilient and adaptable working in our fast-paced dynamic environment
