We have an exciting new Recoveries role to introduce to our fast paced team of experienced claims examiners in Auckland’s CBD. This is a greenfields role so if you love setting up new processes, we would love to chat to you. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and with a “can do” attitude.
**Your Duties & Responsibilties**:
Set up and Manage overall claims recovery process
Maintain communication between brokers, Insured’s and other associated parties.
Collaborate with claims team and our partners in early identification of recoveries
Assist with pro-active investigation and provide technical guidance to ensure recovery opportunities are maximised.
**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge & Skills required**:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
3+ years experience in Recoveries
Ability to influence & negotiate
Ability to communicate and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders
Proficient use of Microsoft Word/ Excel
Ability to manage self & time effectively
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
