**What will you be doing?**

Sitting in the Claims department and reporting to the Claims Recoveries Manager, you will be responsible for recovering the claims costs incurred by Tower for the repair or replacement of damage caused by third parties. This will involve negotiating settlement of claims with either individual third parties or third-party insurers. From time to time, this may involve attending disputes tribunal hearings as a Tower representative.

You'll help us to progress boldly as we move towards our future state with the implementation of a brand-new system. As we realize the full potential of this new system, we are building a team of talented individuals who will bring their previous recoveries experience to the table and help us to become the industry standard. You wont just come in and pick up existing processes, you will play a part in shaping these processes for the future.

**Setting you up for success**
You will receive 2 weeks of paid training initially covering an introduction to Tower and our products as well as some claims training to ensure a greater understanding of where our work comes from. Given the specialist nature of the role, the role specific training will be on the job and will be ongoing.

**What you'll need**
To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for negotiation and working towards the best outcome for both the business and the third-party.
- High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Experience working with complex systems with strong computer skills
- Resilience with the natural ability to embrace and adapt to change
- Strong negotiation skills
