Senior Electrical Engineer

You’ll be highly motivated, commercially astute and articulate. Ideally you’ll come armed with New Zealand multidisciplinary consulting experience that will be able to think laterally in delivering project solutions. An appreciation of commercial drivers within the consulting industry will be essential.

**About you**

As a B.E. (Electrical) or Building Services qualification with experience within the electrical design of Building Services, including power distribution, lighting design, emergency lighting design, communications, and security systems.

You will have experience with;
- Development of contractual documentation, including drawings and specifications
- Engaging with key client stakeholders and end users.
- Main contractor and sub-contractor engagement including use of construction management platforms such as Procore, Aconex etc.
- Electrical building services design software packages i.e. PowerCAD, AGI32 and Dialux.
- Revit and Navisworks preferred but not essential.
- Street and motorway lighting design experience ideal but not essential
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.

A strong client focus, (both internally and externally) outstanding interpersonal and communication skills along with some business development experience will also be part of your repertoire.
