**What this job involves**:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. We are big on culture and enjoy what we do and who we work with so you’ll need to be team player and committed to working collaboratively to deliver excellent results for our internal (and external clients).

This is a 10-month parental leave cover contract role based in Auckland.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns relevant to Business Lines, leveraging recent innovations to ensure our online activations remain at the forefront of the industry.

Maximise audience engagement across digital properties - enhancing ampflication, engagement and acquisition and retention - building prospect lead nurturing and customer loyalty programs

Monitor brand consistency across digital channels (i.e. templates, systems, website content, service providers, digital agencies)

Manage and develop digital training, data interpretation training, and market insights tools for marketing team.

Analyse JLL spend, competitor activity and industry trends to maintain high brand visibility across all digital channels and social media platforms.

Liaise with external suppliers and agencies when required, for example obtaining improved and centralized quotations, creation of marketing campaigns etc.

This position requires an understanding of analytics, reporting and digital campaigns. You will want to make strategic contributions in these areas. You will be a motivated, creative and energetic digital marketer who takes initiative, proactively finds solutions, is detail-oriented and has extensive digital marketing analytical skills to understand key metrics and data trends and making strategic recommendations to enhance analytics and helping JLL New Zealand to enhance our digital maturity.
Bachelor degree with 4+ years digital marketing; professional services firm preferred

A digital first mind-set with a proven track record managing various platforms and CMS

**Knowledge of all digital channels**: SEM, SEO, social, marketing automation, media and messaging - conveying the value of each channel to internal stakeholders

Experience in building and delivering digital marketing campaigns
