As a Customer Service Representative in Auckland Transport located at one of our many Service Centres across Auckland, you will be responsible for the success of our customers getting to where they need to be.

This is a varied, challenging but rewarding role that requires passion and a drive for supporting our people and community - you will be part of the day-to-day life of our people and community as they travel to work/school/holiday or just to pop in for general directions. As the face of Auckland Transport, you will act as both an advocate for our services, and as a champion for our users. Your role is to ensure that travellers have the best experience possible, no matter the mode of travel they wish to take

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week. Our Service Centres operate between the hours of 6.30am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday. As this is a rostered position, some weekend working will be required. Your starting salary will be $49,200 pa.
