We’re looking for an enthusiastic organisational development professional to join our dedicated and friendly Human Resources team. This role is permanent, based in our central Wellington office.

**About the role**:
As Organisational Development Advisor, you will be responsible for leading our employee engagement efforts, including our twice-yearly engagement surveys and action planning. You will manage the performance framework, annual recognition awards, and onboarding experience for new starters including our induction days, along with the opportunity to contribute to other OD and HR projects.

**Skills and experience required**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in an organisational development or HR role at an Advisor level
- Is able to juggle multiple priorities
- Is keen for a varied and busy role
- Is looking for a new challenge in an evolving organisational development team

The salary range for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $72,454 to $108,681, with a midpoint of $90,568.Starting remuneration will depend on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
