- Accurately identifying, picking and selling the right vehicle parts for customers through our online systems- Promoting the strengths and benefits of using genuine Toyota parts and accessories- Stock organisation and keeping it all up to date, tidy and accurate- Supporting the service team with customer check ins, drop offs, bookings and general customer handling when they get busy- Customer follow up calls- Understanding the importance of our customer 'Pulse' feedback system- Committing to the training and learning that will come with the position- Over time, learning the basics of our Service processes as well, in order to help the whole front line team- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.What will I need?
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the team and our customers- A true customer first mentality where every customer feels their experience with us is positive and welcoming- Superior organisation - you’ll be juggling a few hubcaps at once so keeping cool, calm and collected is also a must- A good level of fitness as there is some lifting and 'on your feet' periods of the day- Confidence in using IT including online platforms and picking up new systems easily- A keen eye for detail and accuracy- Some experience in automotive parts and/or service would be an advantage- A true team player attitude coupled with a thirst for learning and retaining new information.
