**About Us - Discover Waitomo Black Water Rafting**:
Located in the heart of the Waitomo region, our iconic Black Water Rafting experiences take visitors deep into the Ruakuri Cave system for thrilling underground adventures. From cave tubing and abseiling to glowworm viewing, we offer a unique Kiwi experience that’s both exhilarating and unforgettable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests participating in Black Water Rafting adventures
- Manage bookings, reservations, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Share knowledge of Waitomo products, local attractions, and competitor offerings
- Support scheduling and cave capacity management, especially during operational disruptions
- Maintain high standards for retail displays, stock levels, and store presentation
- Address customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Promote and sell Waitomo attractions and retail products to meet sales targets
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Provide outstanding service to customers, stakeholders, and agents

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferably with booking systems)
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
