Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests participating in Black Water Rafting adventures
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Share knowledge of Waitomo products, local attractions, and competitor offerings
  • Support scheduling and cave capacity management, especially during operational disruptions
  • Maintain high standards for retail displays, stock levels, and store presentation
  • Address customer feedback and complaints professionally
  • Promote and sell Waitomo attractions and retail products to meet sales targets
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Provide outstanding service to customers, stakeholders, and agents

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferably with booking systems)
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
