We are looking for a driven, skilled, and talented individual to join Dicker Data as our **HPE Vendor Operations Representative** This position is focused on providing both order management and marketing support to our processes for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) team. Responsibilities include purchase order placement, ETA management, invoicing, software licensing, and provisioning support orders. The position also assists the Product Managers, helping to manage price file feeds and product information continuity for the Dicker Data website. This role will ideally suit someone with +2 years of successful experience in customer service, operations, or business analysis. **General Responsibilities** - Use Pronto (Dicker Data ERP system) to place HPE, Aruba and Juniper purchase orders for both Dicker Data stock orders and customer orders - Ensure Pronto is up to date with ETA's for orders placed - Work with our vendors, HPE, Aruba, and Juniper to escalate orders and deliveries and special pricing approvals as required - Work with the HPE sales team to capture end-user details required for warranty support and licensing orders. - Run reports, manipulate data, and provide analysis for the team that enables the HPE team to make informed decisions. **To be successful, you will have/be**: - +2 years of experience in an admin/operational support role - Good knowledge and experience at an Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skill level would be advantageous. - Experience dealing with internal team support enquiries, improvement requests, and developing solutions - Experience dealing with or working in an analyst or support capacity (non-essential however ideal) - Excellent organisational skills and time management - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks by importance - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills **Benefits include**: - Competitive Salary Package - Medical, Life & Trauma Insurance, & annual flu vaccination - Flexible working environment for suitable roles - Parental leave payments above government payments Our culture encourages team growth and success, we understand the importance of hiring the right people to make a great team and optimize their drive to get the job done.
