The Winning Group is searching for a Digital Marketing and Community Coordinator who will help grow customer acquisition through performance marketing channels.

Reporting into the General Manager and Performance Marketing manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day expansion and community engagement for the andoo brand in New Zealand

With an analytical mindset, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will analyze and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, while creating and implementing different types of campaigns (e.g. segmentation, triggers, customer journeys, A/B tests) to improve KPIs.

**What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like**
- Curating campaign briefs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
- Monitor the performance of each campaign and report back outcomes to drive ongoing improvement.
- Be actively involved in the campaign ideation process and ensure that campaigns are discussed with key stakeholders well in advance.
- You may be required to work with external agencies and coordinate campaign promotional outcomes with suppliers and PRM.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with our performance marketing specialist to bring new affiliate marketing opportunities to life.
- Partner with andoo product manager to design and execute A/B tests for key campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- 2 years experience in a similar role working on performance marketing channels (e.g. paid search, affiliate marketing).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail.
- Qualification or experience in a related field (marketing/communications/advertising).
- Highly regarded: Experience in e-commerce or online retail/sales.
