While you’ll be keen to get out into the business and build relationships, this is an environment that offers flexibilty and hybrid working.

**What you’ll be involved in**
As the HR partner for the NZ business of around 200 people, you’ll get involved in all facets of the HR remit. This will include the change and integration involved with a recent acquisition, bringing the new team into the fold. You’ll have responsibility for rolling out the people plan in NZ, cover areas such as facilitating team building, rem reviews, succession planning and developing policy, together with coaching managers through ER and performance issues. This is a fast paced role with plenty of opportunity.

**Skills and experience you’ll bring**
An experienced HR advisor, you love getting involved in all aspects of HR. You have fine tuned influencing skills, having effectively guided senior stakeholders through a range of issues. As this is a dynamic environment, you’ll ideally bring experience working through change. You’ll also have worked through a range of ER cases from end to end, and be comfortable giving advice and guidance to a diverse group of managers. Ideally you have experience working with a manufacutring, FMCG or similar workforce.
