Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role The District Business Services Coordinator Team Leader is responsible for the smooth management and delivery of the administration function in the district. Reporting to the District Manager this is a great opportunity for professional development. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

- Leading, supporting, and developing the District Business Services team to ensure that a well-functioning and cohesive team delivers on its required deliverables to the highest standard.
- Providing day to day administration support for Career, Volunteer, District leadership and community Risk Management.
- Working alongside National Communications and Regions to support districts with communications to social media, blogs, newsletters, and notices.
- Coordinating events, travel and accommodation for meetings, Simulated Exercises (SIMEX), award ceremonies and milestone events as needed.
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, national headquarters, volunteers, and regional staff.
- Contributing to financial management, analysis and report to Districts when required.

**Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role**: Providing overall administrative support for the district you will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, processes, and problem solving where appropriate. You'll be authentic, self-motivated, highly focused, and able to multi-task. You'll need to be a savvy, quick thinker with demonstrated ability to convey information and ideas clearly. Sometimes you will need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, therefore a “can-do” attitude will ensure your success. To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:

- Demonstrate the ability to lead team members and manage workloads
- Experienced in Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Have previous administration and Project Coordination experience
- Demonstrate high level of attention to detail and time management skills
- Have excellent computer literacy skills within the Microsoft Suite
- Have an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi

The salary range for this role is $71,283 - $79,204 per annum, dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.Ko wai mātou - who are we?
