The Role
As the Site Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the operational works on site on a daily basis. This will include project planning and scheduling, coordinating workplace health and safety and quality on-site, as well as managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
In addition, you will deal with issues raised throughout the day's work ensuring they are dealt with to achieve continuity on-site, ensure Safety is maintained and works are being undertaken in accordance with plans, specifications, scopes, codes, and regulations.

**This includes the following responsibilities**:

- Organise Health & Safety; JSA's, Permits to Work, Site Inductions.
- Manage staff on site and subcontractors
- Organise trades and materials to the site
- Follow project timeline and make sure project milestones are achieved
- Attend project update meetings
- Reporting back to management
- Physically assist onsite where necessary

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Must have worked in the construction industry previously
- Computer Literate
- Great people and communication skills
- Punctual
- Well presented
- Positive attitude to Health & Safety
- Great organizational skills
