Head of Brand

Star Group is looking for an experienced brand leader to step into a 12-14-month **parental leave cover** as **Head of Brand & Communications**. You’ll lead brand strategy and execution across our master brands (Star Group, Star Social) and a portfolio of venue brands. With our brand foundations in place, the focus for 2026 is on **strengthening positioning**, **growing brand value**, and ensuring consistent delivery across all touchpoints, internally and externally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and evolve brand strategy across all group and venue brands
- Deliver engaging brand campaigns, creative content, and consumer communications
- Lead key brand projects: venue launches, menu creative, signage, naming, and more
- Support the wider marketing team with brand clarity and creative direction
- Track performance and share insights with leadership
**What You’ll Bring**:
