**Organisational Development Business Partner**

Are you an effective communicator and collaborator? Do you go above and beyond to engage, inform and generate commitment? Are you known for getting things done by working with, and through others? Citycare Property is seeking an Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner to join our new Culture team. This a next level role for someone who loves a challenge and is really seeking that career progression within a large growing organisation of complexity and scale.

Reporting to the Head of Culture, Change and Innovation, this role can be based in Ōtautahi Christchurch or Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. As an OD Business Partner, you will support the development and implementation of the Citycare Property culture experience for employees. Coaching leaders to effectively manage their teams, through the provision of expert advice across the broad range of Cultural programmes of work including Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent & Succession Management, Coaching, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning Team Engagement, Inclusion, Belonging & Wellbeing, Organisational Design, and other culture initiatives.

The Organisational Development Business Partner will focus on:

- Planning and implementing a programme or work that supports the development of organisational capability and culture.
- Providing strategic and operational management (portfolio based) and actively contributing to the Citycare Property Culture Experience for employees.
- Providing effective and efficient OD Service which supports Citycare Property in developing its employees in helping them reach their potential, promoting organisational growth.
- Developing tools and delivering initiatives that support an enhanced and superior employee experience across all employee touchpoints
