We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced **Territory Sales Manager**to join our **Nespresso B2C team**. This role is this role is based in Christchurch and your territory spans across the South Island and lower North Island. Reporting to the B2C Trade Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the Nespresso brand across a portfolio of retail stores. Become a Nespresso ambassador and build strong, lasting relationships with retail and machine partners to drive machine sales and coffee purchases, while ensuring brand excellence through engaging in-store demonstrations, merchandising, and trade marketing initiatives. **We are looking for a passionate Territory Sales Manager who will...**
- Independently manage a portfolio of retail stores across the South Island and lower North Island of New Zealand.
- Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with retail and machine partners.
- Drive machine sell-out and achieve set commercial objectives.
- Negotiate and implement in-store point-of-sale and merchandising opportunities.
- Educate retail staff to enhance product knowledge and brand advocacy.
- Coordinate with external demo agencies to ensure effective in-store demonstrations and visual merchandising coverage.
- Organise and deliver training sessions for in-store staff and demonstrators.
- Plan and manage regional consumer shows and tasting events.

This role requires you to have 2-3 years of sales experience, strong knowledge of the retail and coffee market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with strong planning and organisational capabilities. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the physical ability to lift items over 5kg, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other digital tools. Regular domestic travel will be required.
