**Business Manager - CES - New Zealand**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be reporting to the General Manager and lead a commercially focused team, that deliver excellence in compliance, upkeep of existing installations and creates an environment where CES grow new services in an entrepreneurial way
- Enable accelerated growth of additional products and services for our diverse customer base around New Zealand
- You are a strong mentor who has demonstrated history simplifying internal processes, driving fast decision-making and execution, eliminating silos in our business, ensuring better collaboration and generating enhanced profitable growth
- You shall possess dedicated focus on Health & Safety in all aspects of role
- Mentorship of the same through team and contractors, coach and develop team members and ensure their personal safety and make sure work is performed in accordance with relevant internal and regulatory standards
- Your prime area of focus will be on BOC customer assets, distribution of assets across New Zealand, appropriate levels of CAPEX maintenance in a timely and cost-effective manner
- In this role you will build a department that is appropriately resourced, which is profitable, growth oriented and productive while driving continued compliance and safety
