Client Services Coordinator - Air and Sea Freight

About the Role

Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across Seafreight and Airfreight Imports. This role involves end-to-end shipment management, client retention, and development. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are me with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Client Portfolio Management: Handle your own client portfolio, covering both Seafreight and Airfreight Imports.
- End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee the entire shipment process from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Rate Updates and Quotes: Regularly update client rates and assist in the preparation of quotes.
- Client Retention and Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Proven experience in Import Freight Forwarding Customer Service over multiple years.
- Proficiency in Cargowise.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.
